I had to change review from 5 stars to two. This worked great the first use. I loved the fact I got so many washable heads. But the second use, it barely put out any water. I still use it as a dry mop. From the reviews I see that this has a habit of going wrong with this item. I wouldn’t purchase again or recommend.

When working the product is great, easy to set up, the spray is forceful and the floor pads clean and absorbed liquid pretty well. I have been using a Bona mop for a year and a half now and I finally decided to try something different. My Bona was really hard to get the bottle back on after refilling it and it was even harder getting it off, also the spray nozzle was not that great, I was having to press down really hard with handle and spray many times. Update: This mop has been breaking since 2 months into use (I only use it once a week). I have been able to fix it myself through innovation a few times but now it’s officially broken. Don’t waste your money.

The mop worked great the first time, second time was ok, after that the sprayer didn't work most of time. Now it only dribbles. I use water and well diluted vinegar. No reason for it to stop working. So disappointed. The stars are because they send quite a few pads. I hope I can find a different mop that can use the pads. Until I find a different mop I am spraying the floor with a hand held sprayer.

Well at 1st I loved this mop! It got the job done. Was easy. I could use whatever liquid cleaner I wanted. But then the stopper inside where the tank sits fell out so it kept leaking. I reached out to the company and they showed me where it went. It wasn't easy to get back in. Had to use tweezers. So I was excited. Using my mop again. Couple days later is began leaking again. So far I'm loving this mop! It weighs much less than the swiffer wet jet and is going to save me a fortune! I gave up buying swiffer juice a long time ago. I save the leftover solution from the Clorox wipes and dilute that in a spray bottle that I would use with the wet jet and the disposable pads. Buy one that offers more than 1 tank, or replacement tanks! Once you go through everything there are no more parts available and it's useless as a spray mop after that. Horrible after sale customer service!

I like it. My storage closet is small and i didn’t want to take up space with a traditional mop and bucket. I didn’t like my swiffer and i wanted to be able to reuse the pads so I bought this. Tons better. Cleaning solution and cleaning tool self contained and it feels a little sturdier than my old swiffer.

I really loved my swiffer i just hated running out of the pads or that i had to buy their brand of soap. This is PERFECT. I love it so much. It gets my floors super clean and i can just throw the pads in with my towels or by themselves. And i can use my own soap. Its the best of all the cleaning worlds!

This little mop is super lightweight, but very sturdy. It has a nice, wide mop head and comes with 4 mop pads. The reservoir holds a good amount of cleaner and the trigger works well. It was easy to assemble. Would definitely buy again

I love this mop. only issue i have is after a few uses i noticed that the tank that holds the water is leaking every where! Came on to try to do an exchange for a new one and send in the old on but its not an option. pretty disappointed.

I bought this because I HATE wringing out mops, and have a bad back so washing the floor on my hands and knees is not good idea. I gave 2 stars because it leaks the cleaner all over. Loved how many cleaning heads came with it, but when the cleaner leaks all over it makes it useless.

Best Mop I have ever owned. Like that I can add my own cleaning solution to the bottle, I don't have to purchase pre-fill bottles as other mops have. Love the reusable washable pads, they stay in place and work great. saves money not buying disposable replacement pads. The sprayer puts out just the perfect about of liquid. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I have laminate flooring and this product helped me clean them quick and easy. Comes with plenty of mopping pads. I bought a separate solution but you can use water. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Super Super lightweight too.
