Canon's recent deal to add a Canon EF-EOS R Mount Adapter to the Canon RP was too good to pass up . It was my entry into the world of full-frame mirrorless cameras, and with an accumulated set of excellent EF and EF-S lenses, I had the opportunity to breathe new life into my photographic possibilities. The adapter is fantastic in that it does nothing other than transfer everything from the lens to the sensor. The pictures are really amazing. I'm an amateur, I'm not even sure how much more I can improve the images even if I end up buying dedicated RF mount lenses. If, like me, you have lenses from the past that you've spent money on and are considering getting a Canon R or RP, I doubt you'll ever regret it.
