Not worth it in my opinion
You can't wear this alone as pants, because there is no lining inside, it's not comfortable. As a cover, if you wear something indoors and wear it, then it's fine. However, it costs no more than 20 dollars. The material is cheap but will keep you dry. Returned, not suitable for winter. Maybe you could wear this in the summer rain.
