This product did NOT meet my expectations. I rarely write reviews and when I do it's mostly positive. However, this tray is a perfect example of what you pay for what you get. I didn't want to go to the top level so I bought the cheapest piece. After installing the case, the instructions were incredibly difficult to read and understand. They only used pictures to show you how to assemble the part which made it extremely difficult because the pictures were tiny and it was hard to tell which part was which. Part quality is also poor. The door and the magnet that keeps the door closed broke on me during installation and there is absolutely no way to order replacement parts on the company's website. PLUS, there were only three screws in the box. So now I paid $70 for a piece of junk. DO NOT RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT. This is complete plagiarism. Also, I am disappointed that Revain allowed such a product to be sold on their website. Shame on both sellers for ripping off innocent pet owners.
