It's really easy to use, you can do all your tests in one place, you can get all the results from different labs at once, it's very secure and reliable. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes it doesn't work as expected. And when it does work, it takes way too long for it to load up. But if you're patient, it will eventually load up. If it doesn't work in less than 10 minutes, then it's not worth using. It's great for managing all of our labs. We are able to see all of our results and test orders at once.
