These glasses are amazing. I have spinal canal stenosis in c4-c7. This causes neck muscle spasms and headaches. I like to watch TV or a movie to relax from my daily activities. Even though my TV is mounted very high on the wall, I still have to lift my head to see how it's aggravating the condition of my neck. That's where these puppies come in. I can lie on my back, my head is properly supported by a neck pillow and I can watch TV perfectly. I've actually noticed a reduction in general neck pain with use. The only negative thing I can say about them is that I can see the light from the TV between the bottom of the glasses and my cheeks. Maybe the problem is my face shape and the design of the glasses. At the same time, they fully justify themselves by taking care of the correct alignment of the neck when watching TV in bed.
