I bought this laptop based on a description that said it was a 4k OLED screen acts. It also shows an FHD screen, so I called and Amazon said it was Oled.NOT. The specs for this machine look good, but I've found that Bestbuy has a 4k OLED screen for 1899 with an 11th gen Icore 7, so the machine is better at a better price. Revane refused to help, essentially saying kick the rocks and send them back. It also pissed me off because I needed it by a certain date and now I can't get another one in the time frame I need. Finally, I wasn't able to connect to Wi-Fi, and I'm a communications entrepreneur with an IT background, so claims of bad Wi-Fi chips seem accurate. I buy tons of products from Revain, I usually get deliveries 3-4 times a week all the time, but now I'm looking for another place to buy a lot of my stuff. I know Revain won't worry too much about losing 20,000 a year, but I want my money to go where they justify their mistakes, and that's no longer Revain.
