I like that we are able to send out our weekly email with new donors. I also like that it is easy to navigate our database, which allows us to search donors by specific criteria. The system sometimes freezes up or takes a long time to load, so it can be frustrating. Keep working at it! It gets better each month. We were using another vendor but they couldn't keep up with the amount of data we needed and so we decided to switch over to HCM. Our previous system was very hard to navigate and there were many times when information wasn't correct in our database. Now that we have switched to HCM, all of our information is accurate and up-to-date.
