I ordered a rock band guitar for Christmas. When I tried to use it on Christmas morning it didn't work at all! I wrote to Hitgaming and told them about the problem. They immediately sent a new replacement guitar which arrived about a week later. The new block works perfectly. The customer service from this company couldn't be better! I will definitely deal with them again.
