The guitar works well and is fairly smooth, but the keys click. If you don't turn on your TV at full speed or don't wear headphones like me, you might be annoyed by the hissing over the music.

I ordered a rock band guitar for Christmas. When I tried to use it on Christmas morning it didn't work at all! I wrote to Hitgaming and told them about the problem. They immediately sent a new replacement guitar which arrived about a week later. The new block works perfectly. The customer service from this company couldn't be better! My only disappointment throughout the process was that the photo of the guitar shown on the Rockband Store website was a different color than what I received.
