Review on Swimlane by Keith Gonzales

It's easy to use and allows me to stay organized with my alerts and tickets. I really like that you can have it set for different times of a day or week so i'm not overwhelmed. You could easily make this something to manage multiple departments to help them stay on top of their alerts. Trying to stay organized with alerts, tickets, etc. Not sure how effective this was for us but we used it mostly for our Incident Management team and Support Team. Using it gave us a better idea of what was going on with the business during out downtime times. The best part about swim lane was that it helped us to manage our tasks better than before. I like everything i felt comfortable with this product as compared to others in its category. Nothing much to dislike about the product except the price factor which can be improved upon if they have more options for users who don't want all features but only those required by them at present. We were able to track our task status easily and also get alerts whenever there are any changes or updates in them.
