Keeps our battery charged even with some small steady discharges and even when it's a bit cloudy. Very impressive. The only issues are the quality of the wires and SAE connections. They could have opted for gilded and better fitting ones. They don't quite fit other suitable SAE fittings without forcing them. Therefore, extending the cable is problematic. The instructions should really just be printed on the back so you know what the lights mean and it would be better if I could see the status without looking under the dash. Also, the status lights don't light up when there's no sun, so you can't see the charge level or even tell you if the battery is charged without sun.
