This really helped my child with eczema. I literally stood at Target for over 30 minutes contemplating whether to buy this brand or that because of the price. I stopped all the moms walking down the aisle what they were using. I tried the typical suggestions - Aveeno and Aquaphor, but they didn't work. It ALWAYS came back or made things worse. If there's an aggravation, I put this on him and in an hour it's all gone. I used it with the Stelatopia bath cream and it really reduced the flare ups. He has been using it for 3 months now. When we started using it it was so itchy and dry that it was thrown back and forth at night. He will rub his head on the bed until he has two bald spots. I used it on his head and face and it helped a lot. This balm has a creamy texture similar to Aquaphor but without the greasy feel. It absorbs really quickly. I am unbiased about the "smell" unscented. Anything that doesn't smell smells a little "weird", but I can deal with that. A small amount of this balm goes a long way, so once I get my eczema under control I don't have to use much, despite its high price.
