Great product - baby care

Fantastic product so far. We were introduced to Mustela by a neighbor when I expressed to her my dissatisfaction that none of the OTC or Meded products had a significant effect on my daughters bleeding skin. The cream worked well enough, but she recommended the balm at least for initial use and when the skin needs extra help. One application and I FEEL the difference in her skin. The soap and balm are great too. I look forward to trying the shampoo.

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • No effect

Eczema magic in a bottle.

My 7 month old has been struggling with eczema on his cheeks for 4 months. It's a pity that I didn't find this cream at the time. If you've bought everything else under the sun for bells and whistles and aren't seeing any results; BUY IT ASAP. If you are looking for an attack for the first time, use an eczema product; BUY THIS! I wet his whole body 2 times a day and his face is constantly full of oil and we could see a difference within a few hours of using this fir for the first time. You will

Amazing for eczema

This cream has a wonderful thickness, it soothes the skin even with a terrible eczema attack. When I was red and itchy almost all over my body, my doctor did a blood test and I was diagnosed with candida of the digestive system. Itching and rash is one of the symptoms. I kept this cream on my bedside table to cover my hands with gloves so I wouldn't wake up and scratch myself. It's also an amazing winter balm. I love it! Eating a gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar diet made me eczema-freeโ€ฆ

Great for very dry skin but no wonder

My son has very dry skin on his neck and elbows, not just dry but dry like sandpaper. It's itchy and uncomfortable for him. I've tried everything from CereVe to organic homemade creams to prescription creams from our dermatologist. Not a miracle cream for us, but in my top 3. Pros: Wonderful texture Absorbs well Seems to form a barrier to retain moisture Cons: If you use too much it rolls into balls (dirt) Sticky Bottom line if you do everything else would try, I would try. Worth the price - maintenance

This really helped my child with eczema. I literally stood at Target for over 30 minutes contemplating whether to buy this brand or that because of the price. I stopped all the moms walking down the aisle what they were using. I tried the typical suggestions - Aveeno and Aquaphor, but they didn't work. It ALWAYS came back or made things worse. If there's an aggravation, I put this on him and in an hour it's all gone. I used it with the Stelatopia bath cream and it really reduced the flare upsโ€ฆ

  • Not as good as it says it is

This lotion is BIG! and wonderful.

THIS MATERIAL. He's sticky and evil. Within minutes of applying my 20 month old son was covered in dust and cat hair. It dries into sticky balls that peel off his skin when touched. Smells like unbranded Play-Doh. This is outrageously overpriced. My son screamed like I was tormenting him when I put it on him (but that's not uncommon. He goes berserk if you touch his face but his eczema gets worse quickly without lotion 3+ times a day). In any case. Within five minutes the incurable eczema allโ€ฆ

NO steroids, a huge difference! [long read]

I've been patiently waiting 2 months to write this review. I really wanted to give him some time to get started. The results amazed me! We did NOT use steroid cream for two months, only Mustela. My baby's skin is so much better! It reduces itching and inflammation. She even started to sleep better. That's incredible! I think we found a long term solution to eczema. ๐Ÿ™ IMPORTANT: If this cream didn't fit someone, that doesn't mean it didn't fit you! The only way to find out is through trial andโ€ฆ
