Review on Cuckoo CRP-P0609S: 6-Cup (Uncooked) Pressure Rice Cooker with 12 Menu Options, Made in Korea - Black/Copper by Chris Goldsby

I chose this rice cooker because of the brand recognition for the quality design and finish. Being Korean, I decided that the number one rice cooker manufacturer in Korea would design and manufacture based on Korean people's preferences. In that respect it was neither cheap nor expensive. The laminated plastic front that houses the physical buttons was layered, and an air bubble was visible around the "Time" and "Menu" buttons. It is a manufacturing defect judging by the integrity of the packaging inside and the absence of other physical damage. The actual button design is really cheap and I imagine there will likely be problems with the buttons a year or two after the warranty expires. Disappointed with the general build quality at this price point. I will look for a brand that focuses on product quality rather than marketing to take the top spot.
