EinScan Company experience was disappointing

Recently, my interaction with EinScan Company was disappointing. Despite their assertion that they have a group of talented engineers and technicians dedicated to offering top-notch service, I thought their customer support was lacking. I contacted their customer care service for help when I had a problem with their product. Sadly, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unhelpful. My frustration increased when I was given ambiguous and useless information. I anticipated more from a business that takes great pleasure in offering outstanding service and support. They allegedly broke their commitments, and I felt let down and irritated as a result. In general, I would advise others against doing business with EinScan Company. They might have competent engineers and technicians, but their customer service is subpar, and their promises might not be kept.
