Iβm 5β3 170lbs I got a xL at first because I read the reviews but I needed a large instead it fits good and works good only problem is it makes my stomach itch really bad idk if itβs the material or my sensitive skin but it irrates me.
Other than that my stomach gets super flat with it I have a mommypooch
