Sound quality is good, pairing is almost instantaneous and battery life is long. I had no problems with this hat until I decided to wash it. I owned this cap for at least a week before deciding to take off the headphones and wash them. When trying to pull out the headphones, the cable broke right out of one of the headphones. I was just gentle It turns out that the headphones are sewn in and cannot be removed. The photos/advertisement show them as removable which is not true. This is false advertising. If you want to wash this product, DO NOT buy it. I will contact Blueear about this and request a new product. What they showed me is NOT what I got.
