Don't waste money.
The thumb loop, which needs to go around the orthosis and hold the thumb in the right place, slips off the orthosis immediately and gives the thumb freedom of movement. If the designers took 30 seconds to test this product, they would know it didn't work and could redesign the bracelet. But they didn't, and now the product is useless.
