I like that it has an easy to use front end with powerful capabilities built into its back-end monitoring engine which is hosted at multiple locations around the world for redundancy. It also provides integration points via API's so you can hook up other tools as well if needed. The main benefit of using this service over others out there (such as New Relic) are their support teams they provide through both phone calls or chat forums when issues arise during your project lifecycle. They will walk you thru any issue and help troubleshoot what could be causing problems so don't hesitate to reach them! We have been able to monitor our applications performance across many different cloud providers without having to worry about getting data from each provider separately. Additionally we've seen much better visibility into application health than before by providing metrics such as response time vs throughput/throughput rate etc. Also being able to see how long certain requests take to process helps us identify bottlenecks.
