I bought this cable on the recommendation of my neighbor to use as a data and charger in my jeep. It's a great cable, very well made, very flexible, and my Jeep and my neighbor's Ram have Android Auto running with less latency than regular USB-A to USB-C cables used to have. The cable looks great and only lights up when both ends are connected to devices. What's really cool is that the cable actually has 2 electroluminescent wires twisted into it. So when my phone is charging, the two red wires light up alternately, adding a unique but maybe distracting effect.
