Although the two ends are USB-C, the cable only appears to charge when the wide end is plugged into a USB-C charger and the narrow end is plugged into a phone. When you do this, the cable will light up while charging. It would be helpful if there was a description or discussion of why both USB-C ends but width are different and not the same shape.

Glows from the cord as it charges the phone evenly and consistently everywhere. The cable's coating gives the impression that it will last a long time if not dried in direct heat. Make sure the end marked "IN" is plugged into the charger you are using and the other end into the device.

The wire is very strong and neat. The surprising factor was that it was tangle resistant. The smooth material prevents it from getting tangled. The metal ends where the USBs are are made of this metal tip which is very durable. The color was a great addition when charging. The light itself is exactly how I imagined it. The LED lights were impressive. No discoloration or damage.

Charges my note 20 with no problems The light is very cool. However, I feel that a slightly larger plug than usual puts extra wear and tear on the charger. A very small thing that can be avoided with a little care. I bought this car charging cable but I liked it so much that I bought it. Another for the home charger. The only difference is that this cable is Type-C on both ends, so it can be plugged into a factory charging adapter. Update November 12, 2021: I brought the 3rd cable (green) which is also excellent. Unfortunately, the red one (original purchase) is out of order. At the end there is a free connection that connects to my device. This is probably partly my own work, as I use my phone in bed when it's plugged in, so I keep that end of the cable bent at a 90 degree angle when laying the phone on me.
