I really liked everything about this tool! My customers were more engaged with me via chat vs emails or phones calls/face to face meetings. This was also so helpful for my team managers when they needed some direction from myself during certain projects as well (as I was not always available). Their customer service leaves alot to be desired but their platform has been great for all our needs. The customer support system could improve a little bit. Maybe add filters so that you can choose who responds immediately? Otherwise it works perfectly as intended. We are solving many problems within our agency such as onboarding new partners quickly, getting feedbacks on tasks, communicating effectively across platforms like Slack -amp; Zoom with ease and much cheaper than hiring consultants etc. The platform is very user friendly and easy to understand. It's great when it comes to marketing and connecting with clients. There needs to be more user interaction and options when using the app itself. It will always give you ways to improve but I've never found a problem with the app itself so far. Use coachhub for all your coaching needs. I use it as my primary tool to connect with potential clients.
