I read many reviews on Revain and other sites about this iron before purchasing. Sultra 5000 Seductress arrived last week and I have to say I'm a HUGE fan! AMOROUS! I have had other 1 inch straighteners and with the thickness of my hair I could never get it perfect and straight! I can do that easily with this iron. Unlike other straighteners I've tried, this straightener DOES NOT STAND ON MY HAIR! I have naturally wavy hair and I usually add curls or increase the wave. Instead of constantly washing and drying my hair, I mostly try to straighten it. After cutting and using Seductress (which heats up amazingly quickly) I had the softest, smoothest hair ever. This iron is amazing. My 12 year old daughter also has waist length straight hair and with the help of a little video tutorial on You Tube I was able to give her a curl that she loved. I would advise my family and friends who are looking to buy a new straightener to buy the Sultra 5000 Sedctress Curl, Wave and Straightener.
