I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it came in a flat plastic bag with no filler which resulted in it having a large crease along the back under the back zipper because the bottom was folded and something was wrinkled here and there which will hopefully go away on their own with time. This annoys me because I've asked other reviewers if they received theirs in the same condition and one told me it was stuffed. It's a beautiful bag, real leather as you can tell by the smell, I love the smell of leather and that's one of the reasons I bought it. There's plenty of space without being bulky and big. I am very satisfied, except for the shipping method! I have bought much cheaper bags in better condition. To update! I changed my rating to 5 stars as the wrinkles went away on their own which is a sign of good skin. Also, I contacted the seller about the shipping method and he informed me that he would inform the warehouse about the problem.
