Means it's easy to roll up the valve - just pull the strings. NO! He doesn't roll it, just crunches. You have to close the valve manually and this requires two people. What a problem! Too much hassle doing this every time we get access to a lawnmower. I almost got it back but decided to just keep it rolled up semi-permanently.

Plastic roller jams when trying to open the door. I need a replacement part for a properly working S-bar pulley, but I can't find it. I see in other reviews that customers have the same problem. That's a great idea, but it doesn't work well with the s bracket design. The rope gets caught in the pulley and doesn't allow you to lift the door until you pull it out

Roller shutter kit did not work because the cable on the cheap plastic roller slipped past the rollers and got caught between the roller and the frame. I went to the local hardware store and bought a small metal caster with one wheel and a small metal caster with two wheels. All I did was use them instead of cheap plastic rollers and after half a dozen ups and downs trying to break them, the door rolled up and down flawlessly.

Made well enough to do the job but the packaging box is too flimsy. Contains loose, sharp metal tubes that break out of the ends of the box and lose parts. I was missing tube ends and S-hooks. Most of the time the rope is tied between the pulley and the hook and is therefore practically unusable. I ended up placing two hooks with my ears closed where the hooks should be and used them.
