Great idea, poor design

Plastic roller jams when trying to open the door. I need a replacement part for a properly working S-bar pulley, but I can't find it. I see in other reviews that customers have the same problem. That's a great idea, but it doesn't work well with the s bracket design. The rope gets caught in the pulley and doesn't allow you to lift the door until you pull it out
