Doesn't roll valves

Means it's easy to roll up the valve - just pull the strings. NO! He doesn't roll it, just crunches. You have to close the valve manually and this requires two people. What a problem! Too much hassle doing this every time we get access to a lawnmower. I almost got it back but decided to just keep it rolled up semi-permanently.
