Your description of the product on your website says it has a 500 lb weight limit. The packaging and instructions say that it's a 330 lb weight limit. That's a big difference. The only reason I bought it was because of the 500 lb limit. You need to correct your description.

Makes a great in between step ladder. I needed something more than a step stool but not as much as a big, heavy, bulky ladder. This is perfect. The design is slim enough that I have one for each floor!

This ladder has served me very well it is much more secure than brands without the top hand hold. It is however light and seemed a little shaky. Price was good for the product.

Super sturdy. great design. It is a bit heavy, but you don't want a flimsy ladder under you when you are trying to reach and wax as much as you can get before moving the ladder.

I got this to help me get up to change light bulbs. I have balance problems, so I can't simply use a stool or chair to get high enough to do this. This step ladder is perfect - it's relatively small, light, & compact, so it's not as hard to move around as the 50-year-old wooden step ladder that's been in my family forever.Already got 1 light bulb changed in the master bathroom - my real challenge is going to be getting it anchored by my bed so that I can change a ceiling lightbulb!

Very stable, sturdy, well-made product. I have a tiny kitchen with cabinets within arm’s reach up to the ceiling. I’m 5’2” so I was only able to utilize the first 2 bottom shelves and the countertops - lots of clutter. Now that I got this thing, I’m able to clear the countertops and stash things away neatly on the higher shelves, no problem.

Everything is out of my reach. Most of time I either wait for my husband, standing on table on a box. This is SO worth the investment. It is very sturdy and not too heavy. Love it.

Great step stool! Sturdy and makes my life easier because I can now reach things! The release pull seems a bit flimsy. Other than that, works for it's intended purpose. Folds and unfolds easily, a bit awkward to maneuver but not overly heavy.

Received ladder earlier this week, have used it only once, but it seemed fine. Took awhile to figure out how to release the latch to fold it up again—no written directions on this Included in the package.

I am physically disabled from a near death accident 11 years ago. I broke my back in 3 places, a brain injury and several other injuries. I gave it 3 stars because it opens much wider than i thought makes more difficult to use in kitchen. I also found something cheaper at local store when i was shopping for something else.

Recently moved into a new home with taller cabinets. This stool is the best; I'm shocked at how easy it is to use which means I use it all the time! I'm debating ordering another for the second floor but my husband insists I don't need one but I just love it!
