Gate is nice but it will sag like others have mentioned. The angle brackets are just not tight enough it keep it from racking. I added one of those $6 torsion rods from Lowes with the turnbuckle in the middle you use on screen doors to pull it into square. Painted in black and it looks OK. Its only 1/8" in diameter so not too noticeable.

Originally, after installation I was disappointed buying this item due to issues below.The brackets which holds horizontal bars against vertical bar are not tight enough (tightened the nuts fully), it has gaps and because of that the gate is shaking. This is a lovely gate, it is a big project to do alone. The quality of the materials are excellent with one exception. They say you have to use their screws for attaching the hinges and latch, but the screws they sent are too short for secure attachment. That was a major issue for me as I had to stop the project and go shopping for new screws. The gate is lovely done despite the issue with the hinge screws.

This product will require assembly (did not take long) and is not light as a feather (like aluminum or plastic) because materials are made of steel. The self-drilling screws do require a little muscle since you're drilling into metal but just take your time and don't over tighten. Set my drill at 15 for the torque breaking point. I gave it 5 stars all around, the assembly was easy For its normal size but I customized the gate to fit a 53” wide x 36” opening, it came great, the only thing I wasn’t happy about was the fit of the gate post over the floor mounting plates. The post were sloppy and I had to wedge shims between the post and the plates vertical shaft, I also set numerous self tapping screws to secure the post plum. The gate looks great

Purchased this gate expecting a lot more quality. It's not exactly easy to assemble, and once together, seems a bit "chintzy". No pre-drilled holes for the hinges or lock mechanism leave a lot of room for irreversible error during assembly. It's not a bad gate, but I thought for $150 I'd be getting something a little better than this (that's why I paid more!). I would not recommend this product to anyone. It's a pain in the neck to put together.

The product is described as easy to assemble but is anything but. It requires drilling several dozen holes in metal (no drill bit is provided) and installing several dozen bolts. Everything must be aligned properly and nothing is marked to guide one, nor are instructions very helpful. Then digging holes for the posts and cementing them in requires careful attention to alignment. Required a few more tools and preparation than expected to install. Holes are not pre-drilled but ultimately it comes together and works well.

This gate is very nice. It is really heavy though. We solved this by opening up the package and taking a few pieces at a time to the back yard the directions aren’t the best. The squares on the cross bars need to be on the top. It doesn’t tell you that important step so I just did. 😄

I assembled it and put it up and the thing is basically staying together as long as it’s shut and no one opens it. If I open it, one of the rails slide through a hole in the elbow joint. It’s not designed very well. I am regretting not just spending the extra 2-3 hundred and getting a custom gate. This thing is not good, but I guess it’ll do the job. I’m gonna have to drill some extra holes and add some extra bolts plus some silicon to it to make it more sturdy. Not good

After reading the instructions this was easy to put together. It does require a little muscle because their are no predrilled holes in the metal. But other than that it was super easy. It’s very sturdy and looks great!

Loved it. I needed to fit a smaller opening so I cut the three cross bars and cut off one spear width wise. Whatever your final gate width is - add 3" and that the distance between posts. Dug and sunk and concrete in posts installed. Great working finished product. Would recommend. Will see how it lasts in long run.

I used this to replace an aging wooden fence. One of the packages was damaged in transit, but the contents appeared to be in good condition at first sight. Unfortunately it wasn't until I had completed the installation, that I noticed two of the base trim pieces, and one of the hinges were broken. A quick phone call to the manufacturer resolved the issue, and replacement parts were delivered in a couple of days.

The look is great, but assembly was sort of difficult. The plastic cracks easily while the screws are tightened by hand. Within 2 years, all plastic parts cracked, making the gate drag on the ground when used. I am replacing the gate with a different product from a different company.

I ran into some problems assembling the gate.When I finished installing, it kept on dropping on the side away from the pole. The pole did not stay straight. This product needs to be improved. Besides this, the FLANGES were missing. In the description of the product, on Revain, it said they were included.I am completely disappointed with this gate.
