This product will require assembly (did not take long) and is not light as a feather (like aluminum or plastic) because materials are made of steel. The self-drilling screws do require a little muscle since you're drilling into metal but just take your time and don't over tighten. Set my drill at 15 for the torque breaking point. With that said, this product is as advertised and I'm happy with the purchase. Looks great, feels sturdy and long lasting. I will note the small top caps for the actually gate door were missing but not a big deal as far as I'm concerned (may contact the manufacturer) but still worthy of a 5 star rating.
