Hope everything gets delivered

Made well enough to do the job but the packaging box is too flimsy. Contains loose, sharp metal tubes that break out of the ends of the box and lose parts. I was missing tube ends and S-hooks. I look forward to a free replacement. The manufacturer should slightly reinforce the shipping container. I hope to get all the necessary details this time! Update: During transport, the replacement damage was again similar to the original. Parts were missing and a similarly messy job of tape was done to fix damage to the ends of the shipping box. I give up!
