Exactly as advertised. The colors are great for organizing which devices are connected to which ports on my upstairs switch, which I set up to connect Cat6A to an upstairs office with poor WiFi coverage. I had some old CAT5/5E patch cords that I could use, but I'm a performance freak and wanted a 6A or higher shielded pair, which is surprisingly hard to find in 5ft. The choice of materials was excellent and I'm beginning to appreciate the benefits of being flat and round. My desktop connects normally, but the flat cable design comes in handy when running on my desk when my work laptop is in use (most days with WFH). The round ones tended to fall off. The apartment usually stays on site around the clock. Eventually I may tape it off for even more slip resistance as I have dogs that get under my desk and lay on the cables and sometimes pull on them. If I tighten them, it's no longer a problem. Moral of the story - listen to your IT when it comes to cable management and just buy!
