Great value for what you get

Have a personal training business. We often order kits our clients can take home to mimic some of the exercises done in our gym. This set comes with plenty decent bands and all the attachments you could want. I like how they got thicker door stoppers so it is less likely to damage doors. Also the Foot/Shoe attachments are great for my clients who may otherwise have disabilities making it difficult to use a traditional ankle strap.

Pros

This is great for someone who works at home or would still like a good workout on a rainy day!

May require additional equipment for more diverse workouts
