I recently had a flat tire on my mountain bike (didn't ride for several days) after my last ride (100% flat). I pulled the object out of the hoop. Enter 50% of the bottle as indicated. Increase the time to about 50% pressure, then quickly turn it up for about 2 minutes to evenly distribute the slime. Then inflated to normal PSI. So far, a month later, it's still working as intended. It's always good to have this on you in case a small leak causes problems!
