As I said, check the accuracy of the measurement. My error was only five thousandths. However, it is much more important to measure the depth of the holding pocket if you intend to use it for beehives. The height specification is based on the outer/overall size. You need to add the height of the recess. It's ok, in fact the tool has a dual purpose for use with regular nibs!
