A tip: In order for the paper towel's tube to fit around the fork holder, without the inconvenience of removing the screw and placing it back again every time, flatten the whole paper towel roll just enough to slide through the fork holder, then re-shape the paper towel roll in its' original form again. I hope, this idea helps. It worked for me. Should have given this product 5 stars, but because of having to do extra work on it, I took back 1 star. Sorry.
