I bought size XL, runs small, but will definitely last
The material is very soft and breathable. That's a little less than I expected. I bought the XL based on other reviews and my usual shirt size. I would go up a size if you like a roomier fit and nothing squeezes your tummy. Sleeve length is great too! Not too long when I need to roll it up, and not too short so the sleeves ride up with every arm movement.
