I absolutely love these sauna pants. I did not think they would fit when I opened the package, but to my surprise they went on just fine. You do sweat in them, however they are very comfortable. I would love to see more color and styles become available so I can create a workout wardrobe instead of having to wear the same pair all the time.

There is not much mobility around the knees. I had to push up the ends of pant legs to allow for a greater range of motion. I got these to help give me a hot yoga studio effect for at-home workouts and have been disappointed in my inability to get into full expressions of poses due to the restricted around knees. When i took them out the package i automatically thought " too small".I bought a 3x. Im 5'2 235 and typically wear 16/18 plus size.I was able to bring them up passed the belly button to adjust the crotch area lol. They are tight fitting which ia a good thing. I was already feeling a sweat coming on. However, they are not as stretchy. I did a few slow squata and was safe. We will see how long they last. 4 outta 5 overall.

Love these pants! I just received them in the mail last night and wore them this morning for my 5.5 mile walk. I was sweating up a storm! They weren't as high as I had hoped, but I'm thinking that's because I have a big belly and big butt. But they did go just above my belly button and stayed in place the entire walk. Once I lose enough for these to not fit, I will purchase the next size down until I reach my goal.

At first when I unpackaged them I was afraid I’d never squeeze into them. Even after reading the other reviews to order my normal size. Surprisingly they were easier to get on than I thought they would be. I probably could have ordered the medium bc I’m normally a size 24’ or 25’ In kankan jeans. I really like the streamlined look of these and yes, of course the make me sweat which speeds up the results I desire from my workouts. 4 stars because of the sizing.
