They are not leggings or a leggings material. It is a sauna pant. I wouldn't wear it by itself even with the design.The description aside the pants are nice and have airflow where it should for a lady. Its a comfy pant and yields results. You will sweat in this really well.

Love these sweat pants, I start sweating immediately after putting them on. I wear them while working out and even when I'm working from home. I will also wear them all day at times, while I'm doing chores around the house and running errands, at the end of the day they are soaked! I have received Training girl high waist sweat neoprene sauna pants.As an avid biker & kayaker using neoprene products, I ordered a small ( 5'4" and 117 lbs) and it fit comfortably but with minimal compression. No X-Small size is offered so it will have to do. It was better than expected. It is a little tight getting into but it gets easier once you've worn it a couple of times. I haven't worked out in it but did sweat a little while wearing it. it's comfortable enough to wear around the house and cute enough to run errands in. My only issues are that it's not a hot pink but more of a pink/purple and it flattens the tush which would be fine if that's what you're wanting. Good value overall. I'm giving it 4 stars.

I love the weight of the fabric and they really do help me sweat. The pants did have a chemical smell when I first received them but the smell dissipated after just a few wears and washes. I just got these today, and wore them to take the dogs out for a walk. They do make you sweat! I think they will work. They fit tight, so if you want them for compression, get your true size. These are so stiff, I couldn't even get them on. It seemed to become a workout in of itself just to put the pant on! They are super thick and remind me of a wetsuit. But a cheap wetsuit. I cannot say to their effectiveness at creating sweat, but I was sweating just trying to get them up over my booty and thighs. Did not have stretch.

I do really like the pants. They do what they are supposed I'm soaking wet when I take them off. I'm just not a 100 percent happy with the way they fit the crotch area fits. They don't go all the way up. But otherwise I love them.
