1. The adhesive works well.2. The remote is not great. Its actually not working. You need to quick press the power key. Its flimsy but works if you do a quick press. Not consistent at all. This has exceeded my expectations. The plastic globe is thick and very durable. It's made to handle weather so rain won't bother it. The remote works well but I have to be within 10 feet.
