I was so excited when I received it, I tried cooking hamburger patties on it I had it on higher heat and it left charred grill marks on the mat. So I lowered it and out the patties on.well, it did not leave grill Mark's and browning was uneven. I can tolerate that, but when there was too much meat juices floating around.I was not happy with the results of my cooked hamburger patties. These are excellent to use on the grill for vegetables. They appear to be good with a gas grill and the clean up is very easy - no greasy residue like other mats we have used. Great to have several so you can do fish and vegetables separate on the grill.

Worked great, BUT your food grills in the fat. I wish they sold this with holes in it so the grease would drain. Also, because there is grease, I found it a little hard to clean.

These mats are very easy to use on the grill and in the oven. Very easy to clean. I use them in the oven for baking and am very pleased how the baked goods don't stick. On the grill the food still gets the grill marks and keeps the food evenly cooked. I simply use soap and water, rinse, and they're good for next time.

I cut these sheets to fit my air fryer toaster oven . I used to line drip and broiler pans with foil each time I used it and it was hard to fit and got expensive! I have used just 2 sheets for 2 months and can wash off grease with soap and water easily and re-use. Happy,happy, happy. (Not paid for review!)

I’ve been using the Matt’s for a couple of years and they can get pretty oily and greasy but they are great to use in the oven or the the grill.

These work great. Hasn't changed the way we bbq, just keeps the grill clean. Clean up isn't bad if you scrape off the char into compost. then just soak or clean with dish soap or throw in dishwasher.

I LOVE this product. You just put the sheets on the grill and put cooking spray them before you start the grill. Then just put the food on top. 95% of the grease and burned BBQ sauce stays on the sheets. The vegetables don’t fall thru the grill, the food tastes the same, and the cleanup is soo easy. I cut these to size for my cookie sheets that i use for my toaster oven. I just stick them in the dishwasher and they hold up great!

Used the grill mat for hamburgers and was very pleased. The mats seemed to distribute the heat more evenly and the grill needed no cleaning. Some marinade stuck to the mats and it took a little scrubbing to remove it, but that was not a problem.

These copper mats feel of a good quality. Not flimsy. I like to use grill mats because they keep my grill clean. That being said you still need to clean the mat, bringing it to a sink to remove the charred food juices. After about 3 uses some of the charring doesn’t come off. Also I haven’t been able to successfully obtain grill marks on the cooked items. But overall I’m satisfied with the purchase.
