No grill Mark's and too much meat juices floating around
I was so excited when I received it, I tried cooking hamburger patties on it I had it on higher heat and it left charred grill marks on the mat. So I lowered it and out the patties on.well, it did not leave grill Mark's and browning was uneven. I can tolerate that, but when there was too much meat juices floating around.I was not happy with the results of my cooked hamburger patties. I ended up charring it on the grill and to dry it up some. Now I am going to get a cast iron griddle for my outdoor gas grill.
