I set it to the 40 PSI my tires recommend and after filling them till it stops they were all at 43 PSI according to the truck's pressure monitor. 3 PSI over is not a big deal, and I can just let it out a little. Next time Ill set it to 38 and see if I end up at 40-41.Otherwise, the cable length is pretty good. So on my 2016 Crew Cab, using the dash 12V adapter I can reach all the tires, but the driver side back tire is a stretch and you have to stand there holding it.Though its pretty fast. I think I got all 4 from 32-33 PSI filled in about 15 minutes. So having to hold it for one wasn't a strain or anything.I'd recommend it if you got an F-150.
