***UPDATE*** Support contacted me and suggested something to try. If they weren't working, they agreed to send me a brand new car! My confidence in VIVOhome has been restored! Thank you for taking care of your customers! I bought an upgraded VIVOHome flip down heat press in September 2020. The price was decent and it's a really nice, well built car. I was happy to use it. It worked great for several months. However, I have noticed that the vinyl is peeling off one of my shirts after just one wash. I made about 30 shirts for the volleyball team and a few shirts were sent back because the vinyl was peeling. I then made some t-shirts for my roast and they were sent back because the vinyl had ripped off. I checked the temperature and found it to be over 125 degrees! I turned the heat press on at maximum power and still couldn't get the temperature high enough to iron my shirt! The warranty for this car is 3 months and my problems started on the 4th month! Now I'm out of $250 and have a 4 month old machine that I can't use. I have sent an email to VIVOHome support and have not received a reply. The phone number on their website doesn't work.
