First of all I agree with the reviewers who say it's thinner than most shampoos/conditioners and has a really strong scent but none of these are a deal breaker for me IF! The product works, I am happy to say that this product works. One reviewer said that no matter how hard she tried to rinse her hair, she didn't feel like the product was washing out of her hair. Well, that might be a deal breaker for most, but not for me. A quarter size drop of shampoo rinses my very long straight hair out pretty thoroughly, almost to the point where I wouldn't say I couldn't leave my hair unconditioned at this point. So the conditioner is very convenient and leaves my hair nourished and not waxy. In terms of whitening I got a very strong copper color so with the new color and these products I was very happy with the result. I no longer have copper undertones and my hair resembles my natural brunette with golden highlights more than ever. The first bottles ready and a new set ordered. Highly recommended if none of these points were unbearable for you.
