. My only complaint is that I believe this chair was sold to someone else who returned it before it was fully assembled. At first I thought part of the telescoping bellows was missing but found that part of the 3 piece assembly was still on the gas spring. Obviously someone tried to collect it but gave up and returned it. One of the small boxes with some parts was torn open. The base was very dusty and there was a very very small scratch in the seat material. I bought the turquoise one and it's beautiful and I think I'll love this chair but I was expecting to get a brand new one that no one else has bought or returned.
