As it turned out, it all depends on the devices that are connected by this cable. Video card MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 8GB OC TV LG UK6200 Monitor Philips 272E2FA/00 Video card + TV: FullHD 60 Hz - sometimes the signal is lost (the screen goes blank for a moment), but this is rare, games - without failures (any); 4k 60 Hz - no problems (most likely, the signal will also be lost sometimes, as in FullHD mode, since this is not the main mode of operation, I canβt say for sure), games - without failures (starcraft 2, forza horizon 4, etc.). Video card + monitor: FullHD 60 Hz - there are rare malfunctions in the form of digital noise (the lower third of the screen changes color for a moment), as well as temporary signal loss (black screen), "invert to green" is added in games, the above problems are becoming more frequent (starcraft 2); 4k 60Hz - monitor does not support. Using a signal amplifier solved all the problems (see its description below). The sound goes in all modes on all devices. Before that, there was a GTX 460 and GT430 video card (I donβt remember the brand), there in FullHD mode there were green ripples on the screen on certain gray tones. I connected the amplifier and the problem went away (it has an external power supply, but even without it everything works (somehow I just forgot to connect the power)), I attach its photo. An ancient 15 meter cable is sewn under the plinth, plus another 3 meter cable (through mother-mother) hdmi cable without any 2.0 there and it works similarly to this (even 4k 60 Hz, and at that time there were probably no 4k TVs on sale), Also, you donβt need an amplifier for the TV, but you need it for the monitor. So the point may not be in the cable, but in the devices that give out and receive a signal.
