To be honest a product I'm sure will work great if I can get one that isn't through the transport is damaged. It can be seen that they scatter and did not get into the box twice. All of the damage started in the corners of what appeared to be scattered objects, causing the corners and sides to crack and crack. So this feedback is really against the warehouse or the shippers. The product, if not damaged, looks like a good product, good thickness, good texture and color. Dimensions are ideal for large Trane air conditioners. Now if I could rate Janelle and Brenna's individual customer service, we solved my problems perfectly. After sending photos of the damage we made sure they were sent with no issues. I have now asked for a refund and trust they will sort it out for me.
