So happy I decided to gift it to someone with neuropathy. It's used several times a day and is holding up well (although it's only been a month). Multiple options for the level of air compression and massage seem important and definitely help get the massage at the right intensity for the person (and help adjust it to their foot size). BENEFITS: - Great for people with neuropathy - 3 levels of air and massage are important, make sure your feet are placed correctly AGAINST: - The heat is not very warm. It takes about 13 minutes before you feel the heating function. When using the 15 minute setting, it's easy not to even notice it's heating up. It's much more effective for a 30 minute massage when it eventually gets hot enough that I don't want it to get any hotter! It was fine for a cold evening but wish it didn't take so long to warm up. - Not good for small feet. Someone with small feet (size 5-6) said it didn't really hit her feet in the right places even when she moved her feet to get different angles - it ended up hitting certain areas (barely), but then also much crunched in others. In general I am very satisfied for the purpose for which I bought it! Really great gift - would recommend to anyone with an average foot size who isn't overly concerned with the heating function.
